1. Who we are

TOP SPOT (“we”, “us”) operates the TOP SPOT arcade, the Minecraft network and other servers, and the store at topspot.gg, all under one account. By creating an account or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and age

You must be at least 13 years old to create a TOP SPOT account. You’re responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person, one account. Don’t share, sell, rent, or transfer accounts.

3. Coins and Gems

TOP SPOT uses two virtual currencies on your account, and they work differently:

Coins are earned only. You get them by playing, from crates, and from battle passes. Coins cannot be bought with real money: there is no coin pack, and no way to top up a coin balance. Coins buy Common and Rare cosmetics, and in-game utility items such as extra lives.

Gems are a premium currency purchased with real money, with a small chance of finding some in rarer crates. Gems buy Epic and Legendary cosmetics, crates, and similar items. Gems are never priced against gameplay advantage: no item that affects how a game plays is ever sold for Gems.

Coins and Gems can never be converted into each other, and no item is ever priced in both at once. Neither can be sold back, redeemed, cashed out, or exchanged for real money or anything of real-world monetary value, under any circumstances.

There is no wagering, staking, or betting anywhere in TOP SPOT. You cannot stake any currency against another player, in the arcade, on our servers, or anywhere else, and no feature allows one player to win another player’s balance.

Our Minecraft servers have their own separate in-game balance, used only inside a single game mode on those servers. It is earned through play, cannot be bought with real money, cannot be cashed out, does not move between game modes, and is not part of your TOP SPOT account balance. Coins and Gems are the only currencies that follow your account.

Coins, Gems, and any in-game balance are virtual items licensed to you for use within TOP SPOT. They are not property, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for money, except that where you have directly spent real money to purchase Gems, our refund handling for that purchase is described in section 5 below. Balances are tied to your account and are not transferable between accounts.

4. Purchases, subscriptions, and payments

Purchases (Gems, cosmetics, crates, TOP SPOT+, and battle passes) are made through an embedded, on-brand checkout. Payments are processed for us by Stripe, our payment processor; we do not store your full card details on our own systems. That information is held by Stripe in line with its own security standards. You may securely save a card for future purchases and remove it at any time in Settings.

TOP SPOT+ and battle passes are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings; a cancelled subscription remains active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then does not renew. Subscription pricing and included benefits may change with reasonable advance notice.

Crates show their drop odds before you open them. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases of virtual items and currency are final once delivered to your account. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us using the details in section 9 and we’ll look into it.

5. Fair play

No cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, boosting, or account sharing to manipulate rankings or rewards. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal content, in gameplay, chat, direct messages, or usernames. We may warn, suspend, or permanently close accounts that break these rules, at our discretion, and may withhold or remove ill-gotten currency, items, or rank.

6. Social features and moderation

TOP SPOT includes friends, following, direct messages, and other social features. You can block or mute another player at any time, which restricts their ability to interact with you; blocking also ends any follow or friend relationship between you. You can report a player or a message to our moderation team for review. Don’t use these features to harass, impersonate, or deceive other players.

7. Content and conduct

You keep ownership of anything you create or submit through our services (messages, usernames, and similar content), but you grant us a licence to host, store, transmit, and display it as needed to operate TOP SPOT. We may remove content, or restrict accounts, where it breaks these terms.

8. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update these terms from time to time; we’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do. You can stop using TOP SPOT and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service, or your access to it, where necessary: to comply with the law, protect other players, or address a security issue.

These terms don’t assert a specific governing law or jurisdiction; that will be finalised as part of our pre-launch legal review and updated here before it applies to you.
